The complex was originally purchased in 2019 as a fully integrated turnkey technological solution designed for the complete cycle of trenchless pipeline rehabilitation works. The original purchase value of the equipment was approximately EUR 800,000. The current selling price is EUR 410,000.
The equipment is available for sale exclusively as a complete package.
The complex includes three specialized vehicles with integrated equipment:
— Mercedes-Benz Sprinter equipped with a UV curing rehabilitation system;
— Mercedes-Benz Sprinter equipped with a robotic milling system and steam curing unit;
— MAN TGX 26.400 XL truck with TURNTABLE TRAILER equipped with steam curing systems, inversion system, and mobile liner impregnation unit.
The complex is designed for modern trenchless rehabilitation and repair of pipelines up to DN600 diameter and includes virtually a complete set of equipment required for autonomous field operations.
The package includes:
• professional IBG UV liner curing system;
• UV process control and protocol system;
• front and rear UV curing monitoring cameras;
• UV modules and light trains for pipes from 6" to 24";
• rotary vane compressors 15 kW and 7.5 kW;
• robotic milling system IBG HydroCut 200 Serie IV;
• multi-angle robotic cutter module;
• video inspection and robotic control system;
• wheel sets for DN325–600 pipelines;
• professional diamond cutters and service equipment;
• IBG inversion drum Ø1600 mm (1.5 bar);
• steam curing system for pipelines;
• steam generator with 400 kg/h capacity;
• water softening system;
• mobile liner impregnation unit;
• vacuum compressor;
• mixing system;
• supply systems, hoses, adapters, reduction cones, and auxiliary equipment.
The complex enables:
— UV pipeline rehabilitation;
— steam curing rehabilitation;
— CIPP liner installation works;
— robotic milling and pipe preparation;
— trenchless repair of utility networks;
— rehabilitation works for sewerage and municipal infrastructure systems.
One of the key advantages of the complex is its high level of mobility and operational autonomy. All equipment is integrated into mobile transport units and is fully prepared for on-site operations. The system was designed as a professional solution for infrastructure, municipal, and commercial trenchless rehabilitation projects.
